LuckyWins used to appear in our reviews as a Dama N.V. brand on a Curaçao licence. Re-checking the operator’s own footer and the regulator’s register changed that: LuckyWins is owned and operated by Novatrix SRL, a Costa Rica company (reg. 3-102-893958), under Anjouan licence ALSI-202508056-FI2, valid until August 2027. The same licence entry listed roughly seventy domains when we read the register in September 2026, and six of the 51 casinos we review (September 2026) sit on it: LuckyWins, Slotozen, PlayAmo, BetandPlay, Zoome, and the domain behind Golden Star (whose footer also cites a Tobique licence). Most of them traded as Dama N.V. brands until 2025.
Nobody has to take our word for it: the Anjouan Gaming public licence register shows the company, the licence number, its status and every registered domain on one line. Two brands that often land in the same “sister site” lists sit elsewhere. BitStarz now names Gareton B.V. under Curaçao licence OGL/2024/165/0185, after running under a Dama N.V. sublicence historically. Lukki’s footer names a different company altogether — Just Entertainment B.V., under Curaçao licence OGL/2024/164/0246 — and its domain is not on the Novatrix entry, so it does not belong in this group.
What one licence across seventy domains means for a player is narrower than it sounds. Terms templates look alike and complaints route to the same company, so a single regulatory decision against Novatrix SRL would touch every one of those sites at once. The regulator is also Anjouan, a lighter-touch jurisdiction than Curaçao’s reformed authority, Kahnawake or the MGA. What it does not mean is identical bonus terms. Three of the group, side by side:
| Brand | Headline welcome bonus (as published) | Free spins | Wagering |
|---|---|---|---|
| LuckyWins | Package up to $8,000 (100% up to $500 on 1st deposit) | 500 | 40x |
| Golden Star | 100% up to C$1,500 on the 1st deposit, then 75% and 50% reloads up to C$750 | 300 | 40x (bonus + free-spin winnings), 14 days |
| Slotozen | 100% up to C$2,500 (amounts vary by region) | 250 | 40x (deposit bonus); 35x (no-deposit spins) |
Source: the published bonus, free-spin and wagering terms behind our LuckyWins, Golden Star and Slotozen reviews (September 2026); licence holder per each operator’s footer and the Anjouan public register.
Read the table and “one operator” stops doing much work. Golden Star’s first-deposit cap of C$1,500 is three times LuckyWins’s $500 first-deposit match at the same 40x — but Golden Star applies the multiplier to free-spin winnings as well and sets a 14-day clock. Slotozen splits its wagering between 35x on no-deposit spins and 40x on the deposit bonus, and says its amounts vary by region — worth checking against your own account before depositing. Three offers, one licence holder, three separate sets of terms: a shared holder tells you who answers a complaint, not how any single brand plays.
