Casino Brango describes its own licence in three places, and the three sentences do not describe the same legal state. The footer of every page says that Anden Online N.V. has submitted an application to the Curaçao Gaming Authority and that the status of that application is “Active”. The introduction to the terms and conditions says the company “holds a valid Certificate of Operation”. The fairness page says the casino is “fully licensed by the Government of Curacao”. An application, a certificate and a full licence are three separate things, and the operator uses all three words for one company.
| Where | What it says | State it implies |
|---|---|---|
| Footer, every page | Application submitted, status “Active” | Pending application |
| Terms, introduction | “valid Certificate of Operation” | Certificate in force |
| Fairness and RNG page | “fully licensed” | Complete licence |

Only the register carries a date range, and it ended on 27 August 2026, five weeks before the line was read. The status column does not say “expired”; it says an assessment is in progress. That is neither proof of an unlicensed casino nor confirmation of a full licence. The register in its public Curaçao Gaming Authority form simply shows a term that has run out with a review attached. The authority’s separate enforcement list of 14 September 2026 does not mention Anden Online.
What it means for a player
The practical question is who answers a complaint. The footer names Anden Online N.V., registered at Kaya Richard J. Beaujon Z/N in Curaçao, and the register gives it the number 138316, so the legal counterparty is clear even if its licensing wording is not. Three habits cost nothing.
- Save the footer, terms and fairness wording as screenshots before depositing, with the date.
- Ask support in writing which of the three states applies and whether a certificate number can be quoted.
- Look up OGL/2024/1274/0819 again before each large deposit, because the status field is the part that can change.
Canada is not on the terms’ list of barred countries, and the operator has no Ontario entity. The licence question also holds this casino’s security mark at the floor, as explained under how we rate, and the responsible gambling page lists deposit-limit tools that work whatever the licence says.
