Fresh Casino does not publish one withdrawal limit; it publishes a formula. For each of three windows — 24 hours, 7 days and 30 days — the payout ceiling is whichever is greater: three times the deposits made inside that same window, or a fixed cap tied to the player’s loyalty status. Statuses run from Light up to Fresh, and the fixed caps rise with them. Crypto sits on a separate and much higher track that does not depend on status at all.
| Status or route | Per 24 h | Per 7 days | Per 30 days |
|---|---|---|---|
| Light, Mild, Classic (fiat) | €4,000 | €20,000 | €80,000 |
| Grand, Cool, Intense, Strong (fiat) | €10,000 | €50,000 | €200,000 |
| Elite, Fresh (fiat) | €15,000 | €75,000 | €450,000 |
| Crypto, every status | US$50,000 | US$250,000 | US$1,000,000 |

Where the 3× rule actually bites
The multiplier sounds generous, but arithmetic shows it matters mainly on the shortest window. An entry-tier player who deposits €1,500 in a day can withdraw up to €4,500 that day, because three times the deposit beats the €4,000 cap. Over 30 days the fixed €80,000 only gives way once deposits pass about €26,700 (80,000 ÷ 3). For a recreational account the status cap is therefore the real ceiling on weekly and monthly payouts, and the multiplier is a short-term sweetener for larger single-day wins.
What this means for a Canadian deposit
The route you deposit by decides which column applies. The homepage cashier strip names Skrill, MiFinity, Neteller and cryptocurrency; Interac is not among the methods the operator displays. Money that arrives through an e-wallet is fiat, so it falls under the status table, and withdrawals must go back to an account in your own name. Money that arrives as coins unlocks the crypto caps, and the terms add a one-way condition: a crypto withdrawal to a wallet is allowed only when the winnings came from crypto deposits. Funding by e-wallet and expecting a wallet payout is not an option. Our USDT payments guide explains why both ERC-20 and TRC-20 are accepted here.
Four further conditions can cancel a payout request: an unverified account, a last deposit that has not been wagered, several requests filed at once, or an amount above the daily limit. Requests are reviewed within 24 hours; banks and payment systems can then take up to five business days, and sums above €1,250 may get an extra transaction check of up to 48 hours. Once total deposits pass €10,000, expect a source-of-funds request. For faster alternatives, see the instant withdrawal list.
