Two sets of paperwork circulate under the Haz name, and our own record used to follow the wrong one. The operator’s domain, hazcasino.com (in September 2026 it forwarded to the mirror hazcasino777.com), names Moonseeker SRL, a Costa Rica company licensed in Anjouan under ALSI-202509006-FI1, issued on 16 September 2025. A Canadian-facing page on hazcasino.ca tells a different story: it cites a Curaçao licence, OGL/2024/1335/0780, held by Modern World Entertainment B.V. Nothing in the terms on hazcasino.com mentions that company, and this review now follows the operator’s own terms.

The regulator’s side settles which document to trust. The Anjouan Gaming public licence register lists Moonseeker SRL’s licence as valid until September 2027 and prints every domain it covers: hazcasino.com, kryptosino.com, winbitcasino.com, horuscasino.com, depositwin.com, stakeprix.com and vegazcasino.com. The .ca domain is not on that list. The Curaçao number is real — the Curaçao Gaming Authority register shows it under Modern World Entertainment B.V., with a term that ran from 24 June to 24 December 2025 and a renewal listed as “Assessment in progress” — but a real licence attached to a different company proves nothing about the casino that holds your balance.

The shared entry with Kryptosino is the detail most reviews miss. Several older listings name Versus Odds B.V. — Kryptosino’s former Curaçao operator — as Haz’s company, which fits a portfolio that moved together from Curaçao to one Anjouan licence. For a player the practical rule is short: read the footer of the site you are about to deposit on, because the licence that matters is the one naming the company that receives your money. Anjouan is also a lighter-touch regulator than Curaçao’s reformed authority or the MGA, and Haz’s terms say nothing about Ontario either way. Haz sells its welcome package as wager-free, and the bonus terms on hazcasino.com back that up in one narrow sense: neither the deposit matches nor the 125 free spins carry a playthrough multiplier. The package runs over three deposits — 100% up to €300 plus 25 spins, then 50% up to €400 plus 65 spins, then 100% up to €300 plus 35 spins, all on Book of Museum — and each needs a qualifying deposit of at least C$30 (€20 or US$20 in other currencies). Haz quotes the bonus amounts and caps in euros, not Canadian dollars; only the C$30 minimum and the C$4 bet limit are stated in CAD, so the euro figures below are the operator’s own. A first deposit made in crypto can take a different offer: a wager-free 200% match up to €200, or a 300% match up to €600 that comes with 60x wagering on deposit plus bonus.

Three conditions do the work a multiplier would normally do. The bonuses are sticky: the bonus amount itself is deducted the moment you request a withdrawal. Cashouts are capped at five times the bonus for matches below 150%, and at five times the deposit for matches of 150% or more. The second row is the one to read twice. A bigger match does not raise the ceiling: the 200% crypto bonus hands over €200 instead of €100 on the same deposit, yet both scenarios cap out at €500, because the cap switches from the bonus to the deposit at 150%.
