PowerPlay gives three different answers to the question of how much can leave the account, and a player who reads only the cashier sees the smallest one. The cashier page sets limits per 24 hours by method: Interac and MuchBetter stop at $3,000, while crypto and card go up to $9,999. The general terms, issued in the name of Deck Entertainment B.V. under licence OGL/2024/999/0482 in the Curaçao Gaming Authority register, raise the ceiling to €/$20,000 a day and €/$100,000 over seven days, with no more than two withdrawals in any 24 hours. The casino-specific terms then quote yet another weekly figure, €80,000.

For ordinary balances the cashier figure is the binding one, and a $9,999 crypto withdrawal sits far below either document ceiling. The mismatch matters for a large win: the weekly cap reads €/$100,000 in one document and €80,000 in the other, and the cap on winnings is counted Sunday to Sunday in Eastern Time. Anyone expecting a payout near those levels should ask support which figure applies before playing.
The second contradiction is about cost. The general terms add a 5% withdrawal fee, with a minimum of €/$3, whenever turnover since the deposit is under half of what was deposited. On a C$200 deposit that line sits at C$100 of play. Withdrawals of 1,000 or more have the fee paid by PowerPlay; below that, the player bears the bank's charge. The casino terms say the opposite in plain words: the operator does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. Both cannot be read literally, so a player who cashes out early should confirm the fee in writing first.
Speed follows the cashier: PowerPlay reviews a request for 0–4 hours (24 at most), after which a crypto partner is quoted at about 60 minutes and card payouts are marked instant. Before the first payout the terms also ask for name, surname, father's name and date of birth. For how those windows compare across brands, see the fast withdrawal guide.
One jurisdiction note belongs beside these limits. The restricted list in the general terms names only Ontario (Canada), yet the official directory of Alberta's regulated iGaming market, which opened on 13 July 2026, lists a PowerPlay among its registered sites. The terms alone therefore do not say which site or cashier applies to an Alberta resident.
