Rocket Riches is operated by White Star B.V., a Curaçao company (registration 153150) trading as Rocket Riches. Clause 1.2 of its terms and conditions states that the company is regulated and authorised under licence OGL/2023/159/0076, naming the regulator by its former title, the Curacao Gaming Control Board — since the December 2024 national ordinance (LOK) it has been the Curaçao Gaming Authority (CGA). The public register of the Curaçao Gaming Authority carries that exact number against White Star B.V. as a business-to-consumer licence with the status Indefinite.
Several third-party reviews describe the casino as Kahnawake-licensed and quote a permit number. That claim does not appear in the operator's terms, footer or About Us page, and the Kahnawake Gaming Commission's published permit-holder list contains no White Star entity and no rocketriches domain. The figure traces back to a single affiliate review, not to the regulator or the operator, so this review treats the Kahnawake link as unconfirmed and does not rely on it. The distinction matters more than it looks: Kahnawake is a Canadian First Nations regulator with its own complaint process, so a genuine Kahnawake permit would have given Canadian players a domestic route for disputes that a Curaçao licence does not.

The licence record decides where a dispute can go. Clause 19.3 sends complaints to the licensing authorities named in clause 1.2, which is Curaçao only. A player who cannot settle a problem with support has no Kahnawake channel to use here: the route runs through the operator's own complaints process first and the Curaçao regulator after that. Curaçao oversight is not the same as provincial regulation in Canada, and expectations should match.
Ontario is a separate matter. Rocket Riches has no registration with the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario, so it is not a regulated option in Ontario. Its restricted-territories clause (4.2) names the USA, the Netherlands, France, the Dutch West Indies and Curaçao, and does not name Canada, but the absence of an exclusion is not provincial approval.
Checking a licence claim takes a few minutes. Take the licence number from the operator's own terms, not from a review. Search it in the issuing regulator's register, such as the Curaçao Gaming Authority site, and confirm that company name, licence type and status match the operator. If a review names a different regulator, look for that body's published list and see whether the operator appears on it. Where sources disagree, the operator's terms and the register decide; our rating methodology applies the same rule.
